Requirements
To ensure your project is realized perfectly — colors are vibrant, fonts are sharp, and constructions are reliable — follow this guide.
Color Model
All files must be in CMYK color model. Screens (RGB) glow from within and can show colors that cannot be replicated with paint.
- ! RGB colors may look dull when printed
- ! Use composite color (Rich Black) for deep black
- ! Small text (<8pt) — only 100% Black (K100)
Sizes and Bleeds
Bleeds are the continuation of the background beyond the product boundaries. Safe zone is an inward indent for important elements.
- ! Background must extend into bleeds
- ! Text and logos no closer than 5 mm to the cut line
- ! Constructions require strict 1:1 scale
Quality (DPI)
Quality depends on viewing distance. For handheld polygraphy — 300 dpi. For street banners — lower.
- ! Internet images (72 dpi) will look "pixelated" in polygraphy
- ! No sense making huge banners in 300 dpi
- ! All layers must be flattened (for raster)
File Formats
Best option — vector files. Raster files are suitable for photos. Fonts must be converted to curves (outlines).
- ! Fonts without "curves" may be replaced by standard ones
- ! Do not send layouts as images in messengers (compression)
- ! Name files clearly: Vizitka_1000pcs.pdf
Individual sketches and shapes
If you order a construction based on your sketch (sign, shaped stand):
- Contour Cut Must be a clear vector contour. Highlight it with a separate color (Spot Color).
- Scale 1:1 For constructions, the layout must be strictly in real size.
Deep Black Color
Simple black (K:100) may look dark gray when printed.
⚠ Important: Make small text only K:100, otherwise it may "blur".

How to send a file
File Name
Name files clearly. Example: Vizitka_UDprint_1000pcs.pdf. Avoid names like maket_1, final_final.
Transfer Method
Up to 20 MB — email or messengers (as file). Over 20 MB — cloud services (Google Drive, WeTransfer).
Important
Do not send layouts as "Images" in WhatsApp/Telegram. They get compressed and lose quality.
